If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days.returns and exchanges must be unworn, in their original condition with all tags attached. If your item does not meet these conditions, ıt will be sent back to you and no exchange or refund will be issued.

You don’t need to order more than 1 item to test the size.Our design team will contact you for sizing confirmation after you purchase your product and make sure you get the right size.
Return Processing
USA, Europe
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. A flat rate of $15 USD (or equivalent in other currencies) per shipment will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping, handling and restocking.
Elsewhere
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll send you a return address depending on your location. Return shipping will be paid by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
Custom size jackets, custom design jackets, Plus size jackets and Crocodile jackets are not eligible for refund or exchange.
Python jackets that are shipped to outside of USA & Europe are not eligible for refund or exchange
